UPS Ground with insurance is $35.00 in the 48 States. Overnight, Second day, and 3 day select will be quoted to your address. We do not ship via Federal Express. We ship internationally daily and will be glad to email a shipping quote to your address. All duties, VAT, taxes or custom fees are paid by the customer at the point of delivery. We will not break the law by falsify the shipping documents. |

We have a 48-hour approval period on all guitars we ship. If the guitar doesn't meet your needs, call us within 48 hours of receipt for a return authorization. Return must be freight prepaid and can be for an exchange or a refund (less shipping.) The guitar must be in the same condition as received. If you're not sure, don't take the guitar out to the gig that first night. |
