Here's one of the first PRS CE to be built in the old Stevensville factory, or 'pre-factory'. The serial number on this Paul Reed Smith Classic makes it an '88 and the 220th made. It has features that were soon changed which include an all-alder body and maple neck, maple-faced headstock with 'PRS Electric' decal, Vintage Bass and an incredibly rare original 'Chainsaw' pickup in the treble position. Also features a one-piece Milcom trem and PRS-branded locking tuners standard on pre-factory PRS guitars. The 3-way switch is factory original - a feature only available on the first few hundred CEs. This guitar is 100% original and comes with the original hard case. A great opportunity to own a piece of PRS history.
